Tom’s philosophy of “Slow Capitalism with a heart” will make people think differently about how you can share wealth with employees and still make a good living and a reasonable profit margin. A tour of the bakery and a free goodie bag will blow your mind.

Special Message to Attendees from Host Company: Semifreddi's NewCo session will include a tour of our bakery. We ask that all attendee's follow our dress code and shoe policy as outlined below: Visitors to Semifreddi's Bakery must follow certain rules & regulations when entering the facility. These rules are necessary to ensure the safety of our products from any type of contamination & for your own personal safety.
• All jewelry must be removed, except wedding rings with no stones.
• Tank tops and vest style tops are not permitted. Shirts may not have: buttons, sequins, rings, rhinestones, or anything that could fall off.
• Bags, backpacks and purses are not permitted in the bakery. (applies to production area only)
• Legs must be covered, no shorts or short dresses.
• Closed toe, soft sole, non-slip footwear must be worn.
• Hairnets & beard guards (where applicable) must be worn. A dated “Visitor” badge must be worn. (Items provided at the facility)
• Be aware that fine flour dust containing gluten may be present in the air.
Allergy Information: Semifreddi’s Bakery uses Wheat (Gluten), Milk, Eggs and Tree Nuts (which also may contain traces of Peanuts and other nut products).
